Step 7: Size Set and Grading Validation

Your product expands across the full size range. A size set confirms that fit holds across all sizes — not just the base size. This step is frequently skipped and consistently regretted. Fit issues that are invisible in a size medium often show up clearly at the extremes of the size run.

Step 8: Pre-Production Sample (PPS)

The final validation before bulk production. The PPS confirms that materials are correct, construction is consistent, and the factory can reproduce the product at scale under actual production conditions — not sampling conditions.
